PBL

Hello, for this blog post I will be talking about my PBL for this term. In my group I have Nasili and Reuben who is my cousin. We have been making domes in minecraft that have there own climate because our PBL question is how can we make an environment that we can live in in the future. We made dome cause we think that because of climate change it will be to hot to live. thanks for reading

Volunteering

Hi,
This week we have done some volunteering for the Christchurch city council. My group did graffiti remove all even though we didn't take down any graffiti we just painted a fence. We each painted two rows of the fence It took ages. Me and Sam did our rows together so we could talk while we were painting. 

Narrative writing

Hello,
and welcome back to another blog post. This week we have been Writing narrative about the future. I did a blog post recently about my narrative plan and what I was going to put in my narrative. I mention that it was about cannibalism which is when people kill each for food but change what my narrative was about because I didn't like it. Instead I did It about aliens taking over the world. Here is my opening paragraph.

Canter-maths project

Hello,
for the past 2 week we have been make Canter-maths projects for our maths work shop follow up. I was working in a group with Finn, Sam and Oliver and we made a board game. The aim of the game is to get to the end of the coloured Path by rolling a dice and answering maths related question.

T3 W5 Reading

For the past 2 week we have been reading a book that the teacher give us. I am reading good night Mister Tom, it is about a boy who has to leave his home because where he live is getting bomb. The boy has to stay with mister Tom who was an old grump man but further in the story we find out that he was just lonely.

Narrative plan

Hello this week we have been planning to write a narrative about the future. my narrative is going to be sort of bast on cannibalism. Cannibalism is when people start killing other people for food.

Winter sport final

For the past two term we have been doing winter sport on Thursday we had to choose between rugby, football, hockey and netball. I chose rugby because it is my favourite sport. we won our Thursday sport tournament which was the first time a year 7 and 8 team from st Francis had won this tournament. We play st Martins in the final who we had never lost to and won quite convincingly Max and I scored the Majority  of the try me with 4 and max with five 5.  Overall i really enjoyd play Thursday sport and its been a lot of fun.
