science blog

Hello,
This past few week we have been learning about science. This week we did our science about our heart rate. We had to measure our resting heart rate which is when you not doing anything. Then We had to measure our active heart rate which is sort of like a sprint. Next we measure our endurance heart rate which is when you do exercise for a long amount of time. My rest heart rate was 72 beats per minute which was quite normal. My active heart rate was 98 beats per minute which was really low for a active heart rate. My last heart rate was my endurance heart rate which was 84 and that was extremely low.

What is your resting, active and endurance heart rates.
