This week we have been creating fitness circuit and my one is related around basketball because it is one of my favourite sports here it is.
1v1 Basketball Circuit
First you will play a 1v1 in basketball it will be the first to 2 points, if you lose you have to jog back to the end of the court and do 10 press ups then sprint back and line up to play again. There can be multiple games going at one time.
